Cougars split in Victoria

--The Prince George Cougars beat the Victoria Royals 3-1
(Saturday) with all of the scoring in the first period.
The teams split the doubleheader on the Island as the
Royals won 4-2 (Friday).
The 19-36-0-2 Cougars remain in last place but are just a
point behind Everett and two back of Victoria and Seattle.
The Cougars have 15 games left with the next two in
Portland Monday and Tuesday.
