Jimmy's loved on the east coast

 

Jimmy Rankin leads all contenders with eight music award nominations for the 2012 East Coast Music Awards.  Artist and Industry award nominations were announced at Casino New Brunswick for East Coast Music Week 2012 to be held April 11–15, 2012  in Moncton, NB. Rankin’s album Forget About The World earned him a bunch of nominations including Album of the Year, Country Recording of the Year, Solo Recording of the Year, Songwriter of the Year (for ‘Here In My Heart,’ co-written with Patricia Conroy), Song of the Year (‘Here In My Heart), Entertainer of the Year, and Video of the Year (both ‘Here In My Heart’ and ‘I’m Just Saying’ were nominated).
