20 years strong for Garth

 

Billboard and Nielson Soundscan recently released a report of the ten top-selling artists of the past twenty years, and Garth Brooks tops the list. Brooks’ sales exceed 68.5 million, which beats out the second-place Beatles by over 5 million. Mariah Carey comes in third with 53.6 million. George Strait (6th), Tim McGraw (8th), and Alan Jackson (9th) also represented country music with 43 million, 40 million, and 38 million respectively.
