Brantley wants to team up with Eric

 

Brantley Gilbert‘s first night on the Blood, Sweat and Beers Tour with headliner Eric Church kicked off on Jan. 19 in Arkansas. While the tour still has a long ways to go, Gilbert hopes to take some of his songwriting talents, which have landed him multiple No. 1 hits, and blend them with Church’s expertise. Church is currently experiencing his first chart-topper this week with ‘Drink in My Hand.’ “I’m hoping we have some time to write during the tour together,” Gilbert tells Taste of Country. “That would be really cool. I think we could come up with some really cool stuff. Hopefully that will happen. We’ve got over 60 dates to make it happen!”
