Taylor announces world tour

Taylor Swift has announced a 17-city world tour that will kick off in Singapore on February 9. She will hit South Korea, Japan, Belgium, Holland, Hong Kong, Norway, Germany, France and Spain before wrapping up in London March 30. The tour is in support of her third album, Speak Now, which came out earlier this week. A North American tour is not expected until the summer.
