Doc Walker add another trophy to their room

Doc Walker was honoured with the Country Recording of the Year Award for Go at the 2010 Western Canadian Music Awards Sunday night in Kelowna, BC. This is the band’s fourth WCMA win the category of Country Recording of the Year since 2004 and their sixth WCMA overall. They’ve also won previous honours for Entertainer of the Year and Outstanding Indie Album of the Year. Doc Walker also performed live for the 2010 WMCAs, held at the Kelowna Community Theatre. The 2011 Western Canadian Music Awards and BreakOut West Music Festival will be held in Whitehorse.
