Taylor tops another list

Taylor Swift has claimed the top spot on several charts over the past few years, however most recently Swift took the top spot on Billboard Magazine's "21 Under 21" list for 2010. Despite the notorious Kanye West scandal, Swift's ranking on the list was based on criteria such as her age and her "potential to rule pop culture" over the next 12 months. The 20 year-old Grammy winner, who beat out Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas.
