Darius will debut a special song at the ACM's

 

Darius Rucker is set to debut a brand new song called “Music From The Heart” during Sunday’s 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards. The special performance will feature Darius and 25 of the song’s co-writers. The song was penned by young people with developmental disabilities who had the chance to attend the ACM Lifting Lives music camp in Nashville during the Summer of 2010. Rucker’s performance will support the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center and its mission to improve the lives of young adults with developmental disabilities.
