Tim files a counter-suit

 

Tim McGraw has reportedly filed a counter suit against his record label, Curb Records, which is currently suing him for breach of contract. The label filed suit against McGraw earlier this month claiming that he violated the terms of his deal by turning in his most recent album Emotional Traffic too early. According to the label, McGraw had agreed to turn in all albums "no earlier than 12 months and no later than 18 months" after completion of his previous effort.
