You have the chance to bid on this pink sapphire and pearl necklace made by Melli Inc (shown above), who specializes in custom hand-made swarovski, pearl and precious stone jewelry, to benefit the Center for Child Development at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville, Tennessee.
