Billy Ray cancels appearances

Billy Ray Cyrus canceled television appearances scheduled for Wednesday (Feb. 23) on Good Morning America and The View in the aftermath of publicity surrounding a GQ magazine story in which said he was "scared" about daughter Miley Cyrus' future. In the GQ interview that surfaced on Feb. 15, he blamed fame and the Hannah Montana television series for destroying relationships among his family members.
