Carrie makes history

Last night Carrie Underwood’s current album Play On received the “Favorite Country Album” award at the American Music Awards. This honor tallies six total career AMA’s for Underwood, noting that each of her three albums- Some Hearts in 2007, Carnival Ride in 2008 and now Play On have now taken home this award, making her the only artist in AMA history to have their first three albums all recognized as “Favorite Country Album.”
