A few country stars are up for People's Choice Awards

The 1st round of nominees for the People’s Choice Awards have been announced. Country artists are nominated in the following categories: Favorite Male: Tim McGraw, Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney and Keith Urban. Favorite Female: Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert. There are 12 up for favorite Country Artist, all of the above were nominated in that category with the exception of Tim McGraw. The People’s Choice Awards will air on January 5.
