Shania is engaged

Shania Twain‘s rep confirmed to US Weekly that Shania is ENGAGED to longtime boyfriend Frederic Thiebaud. Thiebaud is the ex-husband of Twain’s former best friend, Marie-Anne Thiebaud. Shania spilt from her husband Mutt Lange in May 2008 after he reportedly had an affair with Marie-Anne. “I’ve never seen Shania so happy,” a friend tells the mag. The couple, who got engaged two months ago in Switzerland, was spotted in New York City on Thursday. Shania was reportedly “wearing an enormous engagement ring” when they dined at at Serafina’s Fabulous Grill.
