Miranda will headline Riverbend Festival

Miranda Lambert has been announced as the 2011 Riverbend Festival headliner. The announcement was made by Friends of the Festival, which is celebrating the festival's 30th anniversary. Chip Baker, executive director of the group, says that the budget for this year's festival is 10 percent higher than it was for last year's event.
