Taylor and Carrie among the top earners

 

Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood each earned a spot on Forbes recently-released Top-Earning Women in Music list. Swift landed at No.2 with estimated earnings of $45 million. The superstar’s paycheck is result of her highly successful tour, album sales and her contract with CoverGirl cosmetics (among other things). According to Forbes, Swift grosses over $1 million per night on tour. Underwood came in at No.7 with an estimated $20 million in earnings.
