Miranda visits fan in hospital

 

Miranda Lambert kicked off her “On Fire” tour on Thursday (1/12) in Rockford, Illinois. Before her show that evening, the “Over You” singer paid a visit to the local hospital to meet Lexi Crose, a 13-year-old fan who had a ticket to the concert but wasn’t able to attend. Lexi has been in the hospital since Christmas Eve when she sustained injuries after being involved in a car accident that took the lives of her mother and step brother. After visiting Lexi, Lambert shared a photo of herself and Lexi on Twitter and asked fans to pray for her and her family. “I met a new friend today,” Lambert wrote. “She is 13 and her name is Lexi. Prayers for her and her family everyone. She is a doll!”
