DWTS goes country

 

Perhaps ‘Dancing With the Stars’ is planning to turn its studio into a dancehall. ‘Honey Bee’ twanger Blake Shelton will make a guest appearance on the October 11 episode, singing the ‘Footloose’ title track (and Julianne Hough will be dancing), and next week, on October 18, country trio the Band Perry will take the stage to perform during the results show. Tuesday’s episode will be a big one for Shelton and ‘Footloose’ fans alike. While ‘The Voice’ coach serenades audiences with the movie soundtrack, Hough will join hands to dance with her flick co-star Kenny Wormald.
