Josh is taking on the fight for cancer

Josh Turner has confirmed an appearance at this year's Colon Cancer Alliance "Stars Go Blue" event. The charity show is set to take place at the Country Music Hall of Fame on Wednesday, March 16 and proceeds from the event will go to Blue Notes, which provides monetary backing to those battling colon cancer. The "Stars Go Blue" event was started by Nashville producer/artist Charlie Kelley in 2009 after he was diagnosed with colon cancer at the age of 40.
