Jaydee excited about the CCMA's

 

The CCMA Awards are just days away and Jaydee Bixby has picked up a coveted nomination for the "Rising Star" award. This is the second year in a row Bixby has received this distinction, recognizing the best new talent in Canadian country music. "It's a real honour to be nominated two years in a row," commented Bixby, "I appreciate the recognition by my peers and the association." Past "Rising Star" award winners have included country heavy hitters Johnny Reid, George Canyon, and Shane Yellowbird.
