The JUNO nominees are in

 

The nominees for the 2012 JUNO Awards, celebrating homegrown Canadian music of all genres, were announced today, putting a smile on a lot of music industry faces. It was also announced that Canadian icon, the Captain of the Star Trek Enterprise himself, yes, William Shatner, will host the awards show. This year’s nominees for Country Album of the Year were Doc Walker – 16 &1, High Valley - High Valley, Jason McCoy - Everything, Jimmy Rankin – Forget About the World and Terri Clark - Roots and Wings.
