Miranda is humbled by last nights wins
Miranda Lambert is on a roll after winning four ACM awards in Las Vegas. She earned her second consecutive female vocalist award, while "The House That Built Me" claimed hardware in the single, song and video categories. The victories elevate her career ACM wins to nine, with the first one presented for top new female vocalist just four years ago. "I'm still excited from last year," she said, referencing her three wins in 2010. "I expected to come to the ACMs in 2011 and just chill and to be happy to be there because last year was so awesome. I am just so humbled. I can't even express how blessed I feel. I'm so thankful to my parents and the fans for everything." Lambert brought her younger brother as her date, since her fiancé, Blake Shelton, was occupied as the show's co-host. |
