VOTE! VOTE!! VOTE!!!

Today is the final day to cast your vote in advance of Saturday's municipal election. Advance voting will be available at UNBC from 8am to 8pm. Yesterday's poll at City Hall saw 641 ballots cast. Voters will be required to present two documents to verify their identities and places of residence.

The final day of voting takes place on Saturday from 8am to 8pm at eight different locations throughout the city:

• Kelly Road Secondary School, 4540 Handlen Road
• Vanway Elementary School, 4509 Highway 16 West
• John McInnis Centre, 3400 Westwood Drive
• DP Todd Secondary School, 4444 Hill Avenue
• Malaspina Elementary School 7900 Malaspina Avenue
• Ron Brent Elementary School, 1401 17th Avenue
• Edgewood Elementary School, 4440 Craig Street
• Blackburn Community Centre, 2452 South Blackburn

Transit will be offering service to all voting stations except Blackburn Community Centre and Vanway Elementary School on Saturday.

Bus #91 will provide service to the stations at Kelly Road and Edgewood, with an extra stop on the route so voters can get off closer to Edgewood. There are existing routes and stops near the stations at DP Todd, John McInnis and Malaspina. A temporary stop will be set up near the station at Ron Brent.

The following bus numbers will provide service to these stations:
