...CANCER BARBIE???!!!

Since Barbie's introduction in 1959, she's had a TON of careers and even more adventures!  There's been Pilot Barbie, Astronaut Barbie, Miss Barbie, the teacher, Flight Attendant Barbie, but somehow, you might not have seen this coming... CANCER BARBIE!  I know, I know, you can't quite believe it, but here's the story.  There's a little, 7 year old girl in Austin, Texas who is battling cancer, for the second time and so she's bald from this round of chemo.  Now, it's because of Kaylee that there's an online campaign for Mattel to produce a cancer Barbie and Kaylee's mom is right on board because it lets kids know that it's OK to be bald and that you're beautiful even though you don't have any hair. If Mattel should agree to make, what's being called, the Beautiful and Bald Barbie, many behind the campaign hope the company will donate some of the proceeds to St. Jude's Children Hospital.  If you're interested in joining the push for the cancer Barbie just CLICK HERE!
